Job Summary
The ideal candidate will sit at the intersection of client service, project coordination, and creative execution, ensuring all briefs are accurately captured, effectively translated, and delivered to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact between clients and the agency.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while managing expectations.
- Receive, interpret, and translate client briefs into actionable internal tasks.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Oversee campaign delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with client objectives.
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple accounts.
- Prepare reports, client updates, and campaign performance summaries.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and brand guidelines.
- Handle feedback efficiently and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Support post-campaign evaluations and continuous improvement processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in account management, client service, or project coordination within a creative, digital, or agency environment.
- Strong experience handling client briefs and managing end-to-end project delivery.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
