About the Role
The Project Manager will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced agency environment and possess strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, scopes, goals, and deliverables.
- Coordinate internal resources and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure all projects align with client expectations and company objectives.
Cross-functional Coordination
- Work closely with creative, digital, strategy, finance, and operations teams.
- Facilitate seamless collaboration and communication across departments and stakeholders.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and project partners.
Project Monitoring & Reporting
- Track project progress and performance.
- Identify project risks, challenges, and issues and implement effective solutions.
- Provide regular project updates and status reports to clients and stakeholders.
Budget & Resource Management
- Manage project budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
- Monitor project costs to ensure delivery within approved budgets.
- Optimize resource utilization across projects.
Quality Assurance
- Ensure all deliverables meet required quality standards and client objectives.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and project expectations.
Post-project Evaluation
- Conduct project reviews and debrief sessions.
- Capture learnings and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in project management within an agency, marketing, communications, or digital environment.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
